How the verdict is computed
Decision tree. Each vertical has a hand-authored decision tree of 4-7 questions deep, ending in one of four verdicts: compliant, borderline, permit required, or not compliant. Trees are built from the same FAA, DSIRE, IRS, OpenStates, and state- legislative sources that power our 295 state-by-state guides.
State-aware.Pick a state and the verdict's recommended-action links deep-link to that state's guide. Skip the state and they fall back to the vertical hub.
